Established in 1880, Winchmore Hill Sports Club has been a bastion of the community for over 130 years.

Based at the St Paulin Ground, we are one of the largest playing clubs in the country, located on extensive grounds in the heart of Winchmore Hill. We thrive on playing great sports with passion and commitment, without losing sight of having fun. With 5 strong sporting sections covering Cricket, Football, Hockey, Tennis and Table tennis, children's holiday clubs and supported by an active non-playing membership, WHSC is buzzing all year round.

CRICKET

WHCC runs four Saturday League sides, two Sunday sides and a strong Colts Section who all share the same characteristics that make cricket so valuable – team ethos, strength of character and mind, fitness and values for fair play within a supportive and competitive environment.

FOOTBALL

Winchmore Hill Football club was originally formed in 1920 as a section under Winchmore Hill Cricket Club. It is now also one of the largest football playing clubs in North London; running 9 adult sides and 2 veterans sides. We also have a youth program and training camps aimed at all age groups from U10 – U16.

HOCKEY

Winchmore Hill Hockey Section is a fun, friendly club with a lively social scene, suitable for players of all ages and standards.

We thrive on playing great hockey with passion and commitment, without losing sight of having fun.

Whether you're an experienced, skillful player that's new to the area or haven't played since school, Winchmore Hill and Enfield is the club for you.

TENNIS

Winchmore Hill Tennis Club is a vibrant and active club set in the stunning Paulin Grounds. We have an active membership in all age groups. Our motto is 'Tennis For All'.

TABLE TENNIS

WHSC has a thriving table tennis section which meets on Wednesday evenings in the Club pavilion for practice nights on 3 tables. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the game or a seasoned campaigner looking for a fresh challenge, we can offer you a very sociable Club section.

The Club currently enters 5 teams in the North Middlesex Table Tennis League, playing weekly matches from September until April. One team plays in division 2, two teams in division 3 and two teams in division 4. If you are interested in playing League table tennis, then there will certainly be a place for you at our Club.

Alternatively, if you are only interested in joining in with the social aspect, then why not come along to one of our Wednesday evening practice nights and see how you get on.

SOCIAL EVENTS AT WHSC

We have a lively social calendar, including many charity events, BBQs, rounders competitions, sunday lunches, quizzes, a golf society and a New Year's Eve party. provide somewhere for members of our different sporting sections to meet, relax and have some fun. Family and friends are always welcome.
